We do loved it because of staff and location.

We had a comfortable bedroom. Stunning and fantastic location in the area, met every demand.

The hotel is wonderful and neat with great food and exceptional stuff. I would stay there again, I liked the venue.

I came here for 2 nights and had a really great stay. All of the staff was great and kind. I'm so glad that wheelchair accessible room with 2 double beds and balconies I booked was available.

There were fabulous staff and food for a fairly nice stay on property for our entire stay. Loved its restaurant for dinner, nice bonus, especially when it's rainy outside.

My stay here was lovely. Loved my 1 night stay. I was offered a delicious breakfast for all tastes.

Every detail was first-class and I loved it. The service was great, including accommodating staff and a great bar.

Stuff and food - all was perfect. A lot of food available in the garden.

Wi-Fi signal was not good, made me a little nervous.

The staff was phenomenal, the accommodation was safe and tidy. I loved having climate control and a safe. Nice garden and great pool. Ideal location to explore La Fortuna.

Breakfast was delicious, bed was really nice, fabulous area. And it also had fantastic view. Kind staff, were more than helpful, and any requests were accommodated. The pool was lovely and I had strong drinks in the pool bar.

Everything was perfect, perfect location away from a volcano, the staff were superbly friendly! The room was brand-new and fancy, loved it and its delightful view. I've had a wonderful stay for family vacation.

Super location, cheery hotel and cool enough room. Spacious suite and large bed. For breakfast we had large continental meals. Superb service provided by really good staff made our stay so very lovely!

Neat hotel with very good staff and rooms. Plenty of supplies in the room: climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. Stunningly beautiful venue located so close to the Main Street, La Fortuna and the center. The swim-up bar is nice, loved this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast for all tastes with outstanding food. Beds were uncomfortable, yet it was truly a very relaxing stay.

The bathroom was dirty, I didn't like it.

Personalized service, great value for money. Rooms were large & reasonably large. The pool was excellent. The beach was beautiful.

Everything was simply very clean. Accommodation was big size and PEACEFUL, beds were very clean. The room we stayed in had nice design, it was panoramic and very pretty. Also, arenal park was 2 km away.

Such lovely rooms and outstanding staff, Aeropuerto de La Fortuna airport is 9 miles from the accommodation. This truly wonderful hotel has prime location. There's casual swim-up bar with delicious beverages.

A low budget hotel, we had a really nice stay. Very responsive staff, just fine room & quite clean venue. Truly wonderful location to termalitas. The room was decently priced. Food was decent & the bar was relaxing.
